Swim Lessons: Teen/Adult Ages 13+
It’s never too late to learn how to swim.
Whether you want to learn how to swim or wish to refine your current ability, the Y has a fit for you!
Beginner: Designed for teens and adults who are in need of beginner-level instruction. Both fearful swimmers and non-fearful swimmers should sign up for this beginner level.
Intermediate/Advanced: This class is designed for teens and adults who have basic swimming skills and want to work on stroke technique.

Beginner / Intermediate/Advanced
Have you always wanted to learn how to swim? Nervous around the water? Come and learn how to build your confidence in swimming!
Beginner level: You’re looking for a lesson on how to float to putting your face in to learning to coordinate your arms and legs together.
Intermediate/Advanced: You can swim ALL the way to the other end of the pool using coordinated swim strokes and you’re looking for guidance on how to build endurance. You’re able to swim multiple laps without stopping and are looking to refine your strokes.
